Why Does Jesus Save Some but Let Others Die?

Why Does Jesus Save Some but Let Others Die?

You ask your question as a fact. What proof do you have that Jesus saves some but lets others die? Is your question just stupid?

Jesus Died for All, but Why the Rejection?

Jesus died for all. His salvation is offered free to all who believe in Him. The question is why have so many rejected the free gift of eternal life that His death has already purchased?

What Does Jesus Save from, and Why Does He Let Some Die?

Does He have any evidence that Jesus saves? And if you have that evidence, what does Jesus save people from? And if He saves some, what evidence do you have that He let others die?

He doesn’t “let them” die. They choose to reject His offer of life. He reaches out to them, and they slap His hand away.

He allows them to die because that’s what they choose by their choices, and for others, He has His reasons that we will never understand.

God’s Desire for All to Come to Repentance

God is not willing that any should perish but desires that everyone come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).

Man has free will to accept or reject the Salvation offered by God. John 3:16 tells us:

"For God so loved the World that he sent his only begotten Son so that all who believe in him will not perish but have everlasting life."

If someone does not believe, then they cannot be saved. But all who believe will be saved.

Everyone Dies, but Not All Die the Same Way

Everyone dies, whether they end up in Heaven or in another place. Jesus saves those who follow Him; they go to Heaven, and the rest go elsewhere. This is God’s decision.

Why Does God Allow People to Die?

He doesn’t “let them” die. Their own choices destroy them. Their preference is to live sinful lives, offend God and His sacrifice, worship idols, love money, fornicate, etc. Why would God want to save someone who doesn’t want to be saved? God doesn’t even like people who live in the “gray area”; He calls them lukewarm. You are not pre-programmed robots. Pick your master; you cannot serve both.

Revelation 3:16 says, “But since you are like lukewarm water, neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of my mouth!”

John 3:16 continues, “For God so loved the world that he gave His only begotten Son so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life.”

If someone doesn’t believe in Jesus Christ and won’t acknowledge God’s sacrifice, they don’t get saved. It is a choice. Don’t blame God or Jesus for your own choices.

In conclusion, the choice to accept or reject Jesus’ offer of eternal life rests with each individual. God desires for everyone to come to repentance, but He ultimately respects man’s free will.
